    Really?! I’ve never tried grilling my adobo but it makes sense- the same flavours would work on a grill like it would when simmered. I’m surprised you don’t put any sugar in your recipe.

    I avoid putting sugar on food. As much as possible I rely on the sweetness created using vinegar and soy sauce for the “sweet” taste.

    We get too much carbs already through rice. :D
