Can You Advertise Your Online Business Offline?
Being a work at home mom means running a business that pays using the internet and your laptop. At least, that’s what it means to me. But some moms may not have the same idea because:
1. They don’t know how
2. They don’t have the internet
3. They don’t trust the internet
If you are one of us (the moms who believe in earning online), you can still advertise your business offline using the regular advertising tools (not new media)… something like cardboard displays.
- Just have customized boxes (place your URL) that you can use on Christmas. Give them away to friends etc.
- Sponsor charity causes by donating food. You can place bread on customized boxes.
- You can get shirts printed with your URL on them, and wear them EVERYWHERE
This strategies will work best if you have a “how to work at home” website (which I have), or something that informs people about certain niches (like global warming, or a similar niche). In any case, the goal is to increase more eyeballs on your page. Who says you can’t market offline just because your business is on the net? You can. That is, if you can make it well worth the effort.
