Is Water the Best Fat Burner?
I saw hubby’s sister’s partner yesterday and I couldn’t believe how easily he lost weight. And, since I’ve searched far and wide (online) for the best fat burners, I was wondering which ones he bought or used.
We were at a resort and his shirt was off so I definitely saw the extent of his weight loss.
“What did you use to lose weight?”
“Water”
“Just… water?”
“Yes… plenty of it. When you wake up and before you sleep, and every chance you have when you’re awake”
“OMG”
So…water does work to increase the rate of weight loss. Maybe it’s because of the detox effect, or because you feel more full when you drink water before eating. Whatever it is, maybe we all should give it a try. I wonder if the old cellulite cells are listening or reading this right now. They might just think of a counter attack. Sometimes I think my cellulite has a life of its own. (sigh)
