Work at Home Moms Can Workout at Home too
I’ve been discussing with the hubby and he thinks the best way for me to deal with stress and fatigue is to start running again. I told him I would simply invest on some gym equipments and build my own exercise spot beside my home office area (like the various home gyms systems I see online). Hubby isn’t sold to the idea of me exercising for 30 minutes daily before I started work. He thinks I’m better off waking up around 5 am to run around our block a few times.
Working out has always been a problem for me ever since I gave birth. For one, I moved so I can no longer attend the gym I once attended when I was single. Another thing, there is no girl-friendly gym anywhere near my place (like inside the village).
Because I can only fit one equipment inside my already crowded home office space, I think the best option now it to invest on a stability ball or a bench. I think my hubby would agree; as long as I promise not to let the equipment rot in storage, like my old old yoga mat.
