Sagging Mommy Tummy and Butt After Childbirth

After childbirth, you may be feeling empty and forlorn because your child has left your body and you feel weirdly alone. This has been called the “baby blues” phase and in my experience, this is the time when new moms are most moody. To beat the baby blues, you need to focus on one task that you need to concentrate on as soon as the doctor gives his go signal… losing the saggy belly!

Most of the time, it’s not how much weight you lose but how often you tone your sagging muscles after childbirth that gets you your old shape back. Before you can tone, however, you need a good diet plan; for instance you can visit some sites offering reviews on ephedrine and other weight loss pills.

After you lose some weight, it’s time to tone!

An easy way to tone your butt is to lay down with your feet flat on the floor. Your legs should be shoulder-width apart, and your hands should be positioned palm side down, on either side of your body. Push with your feet, squeeze your tummy muscles and lift your butt off the floor. Hold. Count to five then release.

Note that you should always ask your doctor when doing exercises after childbirth, particularly if you had your baby by C-Section.

Happy Toning!
