Babies, Wear Your “Good Clothes” Frequently!
I attended my best friend’s son’s first birthday party last week and I discovered that I am not the only mom to commit a now-typical mommy mistake… keeping babies’ good clothes locked up in a drawer somewhere until there’s an extra special occasion to wear it.
You know what these “good clothes are. Let’s say it’s your baby’s birthday and a good friend of your family bought your child the cutest stuff from the toddler, Infant or children’s clothing sections of Shopwiki. Do you let your child wear these at once? Usually no. These are his good clothes, and you dream of an occasion when you can show off your child wearing these…
But of course when you finally decide to have him wear the clothes, they don’t fit anymore~!
Babies grow so fast that there’s barely enough time to have them wear all the clothes they receive as gifts. This goes for shoes too. A friend of mine kept all the multi colored shoes and waited until the child seems old enough to wear them, only to find out the the shoes only “look” big, but they’re actually not. Classic new mom mistake, but we all must learn one way or another.
