Backing Up Your Business Files Online
You might have heard of secure online backup and wondered how it can help you. Simply put, you can store a portion of your files online and come back to it later. I wished I knew about this when I lost my files because of an emergency reinstall, which was necessary because my office PC crashed.
Here’s the thing, if you aren’t aware of the many reasons why PCs crash and how to prevent that, you should at least have some way of saving your important documents before your processor goes bonkers on you for one reason or another. Text files and word docs shouldn’t be a problem, unless you really have some important invoices that you want to keep. But photos are another issue altogether. When you lose those without printing them out, there won’t be any more chance to re-take them.
