Caring For Hair – For Women in Their Twenties
I have a lot of experience with breaking hair strands and how to prevent it. I found out early that stress is the main cause for bad hair day. It’s into that you’re tearing your hair at frustrating events, it’s just that your body tends to spend more energy on other things. Another reason is the drying of the scalp. If you’re stressed, your skin’s drier and you need to put on more moisturizers.
If you don’t want to go looking for cures for hair loss anytime soon, here are some suggestions on how you can prevent early hair loss.
1. Choose your shampoo and conditioner well.
Some hair need more care, but some hair types are prone to breaking if the shampoo is too strong. One way to determine if the shampoo’s formula is too strong is the scent. If you take a whiff of the scent and you feel overwhelmed with the scent, the shampoo may be too strong for your delicate hair.
2. Loose Ponytail
Your hair is prone to mechanical stress. Severe pulling in a bun or a tight ponytail could damage the roots of your hair. Try a loose ponytail instead or use pins.
3. Check your living conditions
One of the main causes of hair loss is noxious poisoning from mold or other contaminants. Make sure you look under the sink for such organisms and eradicate them ASAP. Just the scent of mold in the air will make your skin and hair brittle.
